Healthy Dependency: Leaning on Others Without Losing Yourself

Author: Robert F Bornstein

From the psychologist who coined the phrase "healthy dependency"—the first and only book that outlines its four key steps and helps readers understand and use these principles to achieve balance in love, in friendships, with family, and at work.

The research is clear: Too much dependency in our relationships can be a bad thing, but too little dependency is just as bad. Healthy dependency—that flexible middle ground between rigid independence and unhealthy overdependence—is the ability to balance intimacy and autonomy, lean on others while maintaining a strong sense of self, and feel good (not guilty) about asking for help when you need it.

The authors' studies confirm that healthy dependency brings a wealth of positive effects including:

• increased satisfaction in love relationships

• greater likelihood of academic and career success

• better family communication and improved parenting skills

• enhanced physical and psychological health

This unique book, meticulously organized and laced throughout with case studies, anecdotes, relationship-style questionnaires, and research findings, draws from the authors' more than 20 years of research and clinical experience. A valuable guide to achieving healthy relationships between men and women of all ages, it will help readers identify where they are on the relationship continuum, and understand the skills they will need to address in order to strengthen their personal, professional, and family relationships.

Author Biography: Robert F. Bornstein, Ph.D., is currently a professor of psychology at Gettysburg College, and has published more than 100 articles and 30 book chapters on psychological diagnosis, testing, and treatment. Mary A. Languirand, Ph.D., is co-author of The Thinking Skills Workbook, a pioneering treatment manual for cognitive remediation in older adults. She is in full-time private practice counseling older adults and their families, as well as health professionals about the complexities of nursing home, assisted care, and in-home services. The authors are married and live in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. They are also the authors of When Someone You Love Needs Nursing Home, Assisted Living, or In-Home Care—The Complete Guide.

Publishers Weekly

Yes, Virginia, dependency can be healthy-at least according to Bornstein, a professor of psychology at Gettysburg College who specializes in dependency issues, and his wife Languirand, a private therapist. The couple, both of whom are multi-published contributors to books and articles for professional and lay readers, extol "depending on people without becoming dependent on them." They explore this subject in great depth, from an assessment of the causes and ramifications of dependency disorders to an examination of healthy dependency in professional and personal relationships. Bornstein and Languirand articulate four key skills, including "relationship flexibility" and "connection-based thinking," which they say are necessary to attain a balanced blend of intimacy, autonomy, trust and self-confidence. The authors' textbook approach (replete with case studies, charts, graphs, statistics and quizzes, not to mention some redundancies) is sincere, thorough and learned, but at times overly pedantic. Still, in a world in which time, energies and emotions are fragmented and an increasing dependence on technology can isolate and detach people from each another, this book offers good advice on maintaining the right connections. The Continuum of Long Term Care or A Handbook of Chinese Healing Herbs

The Continuum of Long-Term Care

Author: Connie Evashwick

The Continuum of Long-Term Care, 3rd edition offers a conceptual framework for creating a seamless integrated continuum of care, as well as concrete information about the increasing number of components that affect the continuum today. With numerous case studies, examples, service snapshots, and resources for further study, this pragmatic book is an essential resource for anyone involved in providing or paying for long-term care.

Doody Review Services

Reviewer: Carol Ann Siem, MSN (University of Missouri-Columbia)
Description: This book gives a great overview of the continuum of long term care. Each chapter reviews a specific area of care in the continuum describing what it entails and the obstacles one would encounter in developing an integrated system of care. The previous edition was published in 2001.
Purpose: As stated by the author, the purpose is to proffer a conceptual framework for thinking about the ideal organization of an integrated continuum of care and to provide concrete information about the components of the continuum as they exist today. The book is necessary because as the older population grows larger with less available resources, we need to rethink how we are moving through the healthcare system. The objectives are met in that the basics of each component are covered and insights are provided on design and development of a comprehensive integrated system.
Audience: This book is written for administrative staff. As a professor in the health care administration program at California State University, the author is a credible authority.
Features: The first of the book's three parts discusses what is the continuum of long term care. The reader needs this initial groundwork and basic understanding of what a continuum of care is. Part two reviews all possible arenas where services are now being provided that could be used in the development of the continuum. Lastly, the special needs population such as MR/DD, HIV, and the aged are looked at with their unique needs. The format of the chapters add value in that the topic is covered giving statistics, policy, financial concerns, etc. The chapter then closes with a conclusion, client example on how that portion of the continuum would work and then review questions. A book of this nature will go out of date very quickly due to the nature of the topic.
Assessment: This book provides quality information on the continuum of care. As an administrator, I would find it very useful when looking at other areas of care to expand my revenue and client base. The book reviews areas to be concerned about as an administrator, whether financially or in the market, and areas that need to be thoroughly investigated prior to beginning a new area of care. As healthcare continues to grow and the demand for a variety of services grows, we need to keep ourselves well versed in all possible options. With the upcoming potential changes in our healthcare system due to changes in Medicare, I would see a fourth edition being necessary.

After Cancer Treatment or Silencing the Self

After Cancer Treatment: Heal Faster, Better, Stronger

Author: Julie K Silver

At age 36, Julie Silver was enjoying an exciting career as a physician at the Harvard Medical School and a rewarding personal life as a mother, wife, and award-winning writer. But she had the sense that something was wrong. Two years and multiple doctors later, she was diagnosed with the breast cancer she had suspected all along and was catapulted into the role of cancer patient.

Like many cancer patients who experience serious side effects from treatment, Dr. Silver emerged from therapy feeling not better, but exhausted and physically devastated. As she worked to heal herself, she became determined to write a book to help others recover after cancer treatment.

Here Dr. Silver shares her own cancer journey and offers a step-by-step plan for physical healing, including exercise and diet recommendations and instructions for fighting fatigue, monitoring mood, and overcoming setbacks. Dr. Silver's advice comes from the heart -- and from her experience as both a cancer survivor and a doctor who has spent her career helping people heal from serious illnesses and injuries. No matter where they are in their own journey with cancer, readers will find After Cancer Treatment a personal, practical, and powerful guide to recovery.

Library Journal

Undergoing cancer treatment can be so daunting that any consideration of life after treatment is often neglected. Luckily, Silver, director of the oncology rehabilitation program RESTORE (www.cancer-rehab.org), is herself a breast cancer survivor and uses her professional and personal knowledge to give readers the tools they will need to have a successful post-treatment experience. After Cancer is a hands-on guide to survival issues: exercise, diet, fatigue, mental health, spirituality, and how to seek assistance from both Western and alternative medicine. Helpful lists (e.g., symptoms of grief vs. symptoms of depression, problems that cancer survivors may encounter with exercise) and bibliographies at the end of each chapter will assist readers in exploring their own survivorship issues. An excellent appendix, "Where To Find Help," directs readers to general and specialized cancer information resources. Highly recommended for all general health collections in public libraries.-Olga B. Wise (breast cancer survivor), Austin, TX Copyright 2006 Reed Business Information.

The Books Early AAs Read for Spiritual Growth

Author: Dick B

The most exhaustive bibliography (with brief summaries) of all the books known to have been read and recommended for spiritual growth by early AAs in Akron and on the East Coast.

From the Author:

As the years have passed since I first began my research and writing in 1990, I have found, studied, and analyzed more and more books that early AAs read, studied, circulated, and used to establish their spiritual program of recovery. Several years ago, one bibliography commented that the particular edition for that year was the most comprehensive work available on the books of early A.A. And that was then. Since then, more and more books have come to my attention and review from Sam Shoemaker's own library, from Oxford Group people, from A.A. people such as Clarence Snyder, and from visits to archives and libraries such as Episcopal Church Archives in Austin, Texas; Hartford Seminary in Connecticut; Calvary Episcopal Church in New York; Calvary Episcopal Church in Pittsburgh; Moral Re-Armament Headquarters in Washington, D.C.; and on and on. People have wanted to know about, locate, and study these books. And this title will answer their questions. The Seventh Edition is probably the last edition, representing 9 years of research, and the work done on fourteen published titles. It will help students, scholars, collectors, archives, Twelve Step members, the recovery community, and others to get an accurate picture of A.A. "spirituality" which really meant dependence upon God.

Scoot Over Skinny or Healthy Lunchbox

Scoot Over Skinny: The Fat Nonfiction Anthology

Author: Donna Jarrell

As Americans are the fattest people on earth, the fat, the formerly fat, those who feel fat, and those who fear fat encompass just about all of us. In this surprising collection of pieces, almost half of which are original to this anthology, some of our most lively, provocative writers explore the many folds of fat that make up reality.

From David Sedaris's hilarious assessment of his father's fat prejudices in "A Shiner Like A Diamond" to Anne Lamott's self-prescribed cathartic weight loss remedies in "Hunger", Pam Houston's rich literary panorama in "Out of Habit I Start Apologizing," and psychiatrist Irving Yalom's deeply moving confrontation of his own biases in "Fat Lady," each piece in its unique way deals with fat as a matter of fact.

Sometimes funny, sometimes angry, often illuminating and always engaging, these writers make a new and compelling case for why we should make room for a bigger behind.

Healthy Lunchbox

Author: Fiona Beckett

According to the Government's nutritional standards, a child's lunch should contain at least one portion each of fruit and veg, protein (meat or alternative), dairy products and starchy food, such as bread or pasta. But a survey by the Food Standards Agency found that nine out of ten children still take packed lunches to school that contain too much saturated fat, sugar and salt.

The Healthy Lunchbox is full of suggestions and ideas to help you provide your child with an appetizing and appealing meal each day. It will explain why many lunchboxes are unhealthy. What a healthy lunch should consist of. What children and adults of different ages should have (size of portions etc). Seasonality. Variety. Encouraging children to experiment. Personalizing your lunchbox and making your lunchbox special. How to adapt your lunchbox for different age groups. How to get over children's fears of being different. Dealing with the reluctant/fussy eater and the overweight. Dealing with pester power. How to get kids involved in making their own. What children from other countries take to school. Lunchbox notes.

Fiona Beckett provides recipes and menu suggestions and gives her Top Ten lunchboxes (or 12, depending on book size). These are categorised by age (e.g. very small children (4-6)/teenagers), inclination (veggie/non-dairy, wheat-free), time - or lack of it (hard pushed parent with several boxes to make), budget (low cost lunch box), food politics (organic/Fairtrade lunch boxes) or ethnicity (tiffin box/bento box). Finally how to plan a week's meals on the basis of one or two shopping expeditions, and a table with a month's suggestions for lunch boxes, as well as food safety andfood hygiene.

Spiritual Caregiving or Womens Mental Health

Spiritual Caregiving: Healthcare as a Ministry

Author: Verna Benner Carson

With today's cumbersome insurance procedures, government regulations, endless paperwork, and concerns about malpractice rates, many healthcare professionals are asking: Why am I doing this? Am I making a difference to my patients? Is there a better way—and if so, what is it? In this book, Carson and Koenig examine the state of the healthcare system with the goal of providing healthcare professionals and caregivers the inspiration and practical tools to re-claim their sense of purpose.

The book begins with an evaluation of the current system from the perspective of the spiritual vision that initially motivated and nourished many caregivers. The authors then pose a vision of a healthcare system that supports and nurtures the spirituality of patients and their families, of which some elements already exist.

An overview is provided on the preparation necessary for healthcare professionals to offer spiritual care when there are major implications—for people with chronic illnesses, psychiatric issues, devastating injuries, and those preparing for surgery, facing death, and those living with chronic pain. Also explored are ways that health professionals and caregivers can maintain their own spiritual health even as they work to bring about healing, comfort, and solace to others.

Woven throughout the book are the personal narratives of physicians, nurses, chaplains, healthcare educators, community resource workers, administrators, therapists, and psychologists—all from a wide range of religious traditions. Their examples inspire and assist professionals in renewing the spiritual focus of healthcare.

Tai Chi Sensing Hands

Author: Stuart Alve Olson

This book presents for the first time in one comprehensive volume a complete record of Yang style tai chi tui shou (also known as "push hands" or "sensing hands") techniques. Although most tai chi practitioners are currently familiar with three or four of the main tui shou techniques, there are a variety of other "hidden" tui shou methods that previously have not been presented to the public. Much of the information in this volume has never before been available in the English language, and is held so secret that much of the tai chi community is not aware that these methods exist.

Desk Reference to Natures Medicine or Achieving a Mind Body Spirit Connection

Desk Reference to Nature's Medicine

Author: Steven Foster

For millennia, humans have looked to nature for remedies to ailments great and small. Long before formal science enabled us to take a systematic approach to medicine, healers used plants to alleviate pain, ease the symptoms of dozens of diseases, and treat complaints of every kind. And today, countless people still use medicinal plants, whether in traditional roles or as building blocks for new research and innovative drugs.

Featuring 350 full-color photographs, botanical drawings, and maps, this accessible, fact-filled book is based on the work of renowned botanical experts and presents alphabetically arranged, beautifully illustrated entries for hundreds of plants touted for millennia to soothe, even heal. Each is clearly described, with full details of its physical appearance and medicinal uses; its origins and geographic distribution, how it's harvested and used in conventional and alternative medicine, a range map; and more.

It's also a fascinating medical chronicle filled with informative sidebars on everything from ancient folklore to the latest research. Readers learn how aspirin evolved from a concoction of willow bark to the familiar white pill of today, how the foxglove's flowery beauty contributes to the potent heart drug digitalis, and how many other now common treatments have deep historical and cultural roots. It's a journey that starts many centuries ago in remote places like the Amazon rain forest, where shamans practiced their powerful curative magic of plants, and leads to the high-tech pharmaceutical labs of today's scientists working to discover new plant-based drugs that can be used effectively to treat diseases major and minor alike, from cancerto the common cold.

Library Journal

As interest in and usage of medicinal plants increase among the public, so, too, does the need for a factual, assessable source for lay readers. Herbalist Foster (101 Medicinal Herbs: An Illustrated Guide) and science writer Johnson (A Walk in the Tundra) present a sampling of 150 of the 80,000-plus medicinal plants known to exist worldwide. Entries-each two pages long-are alphabetized by common standard name and include other common and Latin names, the plant's physical features and habitat, traditional and current uses, growing conditions and preparations, a summary of scientific studies, caution alerts, a fascinating human-interest sidebar, and a short See Also note of two to four standard references. Continent-specific essays of historical and modern uses of healing plants are beautifully illustrated. In total, the book features 200 full-color photographs, 150 exquisite botanical drawings, and 159 maps. Boldface terms refer to entries in the glossary. A general index lists standard common names, Latin names, usages, and diseases and conditions. There are no specific references to primary sources. Bottom Line This authoritative, clearly written, and gorgeously illustrated guide, which manages to be succinct without being dry, would make a good companion to works covering a larger number of herbs, such as the American Botanical Council's The Complete German Commission E Monographs and Medical Economics' PDR for Herbal Medicines. Recommended for all public libraries for both reference and circulation as an introduction to a cross section of medicinal plants. Patrons will definitely want to peruse this one at their leisure.-Janice Flahiff, Medical Univ. Lib. of Ohio, Toledo Copyright 2006 Reed Business Information.

Stilwell, who has written several books on the outdoors and gained his training in the British Army, covers subjects from preparation and equipment to information particular to foreign countries (shots required, local conditions, etc.). Chapters address such material as "Survival in the Desert" and "Rafts and River Crossings," concluding with "Ropes and Knots." The book includes many statistical tables as well as illustrations of everything from life rafts to eating utensils. It is written clearly and understandably. Recommended for public and school libraries, especially those with readers involved in outdoor adventuring.--Robert E Greenfield, formerly with Baltimore Cty. P.L. Copyright 2000 Cahners Business Information.

School Library Journal

Adult/High School-This book provides practical, serious advice. Stilwell begins with an initial chapter on preparation and equipment for any "survival" situation. The next section describes survival in differing physical terrains: desert, sea, tropics, polar regions, and mountains. Each chapter describes how to make a shelter, find food and water, start a fire, and identify and cope with dangerous indigenous animals. Clear line drawings and maps accompany many items. The information is clear and concise. The next section is devoted to surviving natural disasters from earthquakes and hurricanes to volcanoes, floods, and fires. Here, guidance is provided on how to prepare for a disaster, and actions to take indoors and out. The rest of the book contains more detailed information on first aid, finding food, making a fire, navigating, signaling, and tying knots. Again, each chapter is subdivided into succinct sections accompanied by clear charts and diagrams. Campers, scouts, hikers, or anyone interested in outdoor-survival techniques will find easy to use information here.-Jane S. When Nature's Not Enough: Personal Journeys through In Vitro Fertilization

Author: Diana Olick

More than two million married couples in the United States are diagnosed with infertility. For many of them, in vitro fertilization is their only chance to have a biological child. It's a subject that hasn't exactly joined the ranks of cocktail party conversation. For the majority of the men and women who dive headfirst into IVF, the emotional ramifications are theirs alone to navigate. Until now. Journalist Diana Olick faced equal parts shame and fear when her OB/GYN "fired" her

and her husband after their failed attempts to get pregnant. She scanned bookstore shelves to find a story that reflected her own, wanting to know how other men and women approached infertility and IVF. That book didn't exist, so Diana decided to write it. She narrates eloquently and honestly her experiences and conducts in-depth interviews with other couples to get the story from every angle.

When Nature's Not Enough is not a medical resource, but the first book to chronicle the emotional journeys of couples who undergo IVF. It's a book that belongs on the shelves of infertile couples--and all who care about them.

The Perimenopause and Menopause Workbook or 75 Ways to Beat Depression

The Perimenopause and Menopause Workbook: A Comprehensive, Personalized Guide to Hormone Health

Author: Kathryn R Simpson

Two medical experts specializing in endocrinology offer readers the only comprehensive workbook on personal hormone health; its personalized exercises help women assess their hormone-related health issues and plan for the most effective treatment for them.

It's no stretch to say that the information about hormone health, menopause, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is considerable, confusing, and often intimidating. But the consequence of ignoring hormone health are pretty scary, too. With so many choices and so much riding on them, what's a woman to do? The authors of this book have spent many years researching age-related health problems, especially the effects of hormones on health. In this workbook, they put all of the most up-to-date, scientific knowledge about hormone research in one place and use it to help you decide the best treatment available for your particular health situation.

Using extensive and interactive checklists, symptom lists, and self-assessments, the book helps you track symptoms. Then it takes you through the medical and non-medical treatments available, including human-identical hormones (the new HRT), lifestyle and dietary changes, supplements, and other non-HRT treatments. Without necessarily advocating one treatment over another, the book helps you decide which approaches are best for your particular situation.

About the Author:

Dale E. Bredesen, MD, is CEO of the Buck Institute for Age Research, the only institute in the U.S. to focus solely on aging and age-related diseases and conditions.

Natural History of Medicinal Plants

Author: Judith Sumner

Wild and cultivated plants have provided humans with cures for thousands of years. Aspirin, for example, the most widely used drug in the Western pharmacopoeia, was first isolated from willows to treat fever, pain, and inflammation. Today it is synthesized in the laboratory, and its use as an anticoagulant eventually could overshadow its use as an analgesic. Other botanical medicines that became significant to human health and well-being are pain-relievers from opium and coca, muscle relaxants from curare, blood anticoagulants from sweet clover, anticancer alkaloids from Madagascar periwinkle and Pacific yew, tranquilizers from snakeroot, and oral contraceptives from molecular precursors in tropical yams.

Although we may be tempted to think of these and other plant chemicals existing primarily for our medicinal use, in reality they are defense strategies in a natural world colonized by organisms competing for survival. In this fascinating introduction to the botanical compounds used medicinally, Dr. Sumner describes their biological and ecological importance as toxins and deterrents in protecting plants. Some of these chemicals discourage predators by rendering plant leaves unpalatable, while others disrupt the usual developmental and reproductive stages of their attackers. Still others are well known for their potent psychotropic effects that can dangerously alter the awareness and reflexes of plant-eating animals. An exciting chapter on the new field of zoopharmacognosy provides some interesting examples of birds, primates, and elephants that seemingly recognize and use plants as medicines. The author concludes with a thought-provoking analysis of the issues behind using medicinal plants to improve human needs without destroying the earth's biodiversity.

Written for the lay reader, The Natural History of Medicinal Plants will inspire a greater appreciation of the vast natural pharmacy of plant medicines. Numerous black and white illustrations and 30 color plates accompany the text.

Booknews

Internet Book Watch

Before discoveries were made in the labs, plant medicines accounted for most of the substances used to cure disease. Natural History of Medicinal Plants provides a fascinating and informative science history of plantbase medicine, how people have learned the applications of such medicine, and why plants developed curative properties. Chapters will prove of use to both those involved in health professions and botanists alike.

The authors methodically present four detailed case studies of women who suffer from panic disorder and other related physical and psychological problems. Each psychotherapeutic modality or medication used in treatment receives an in-depth discussion that remains entirely accessible and understandable to the educated lay reader.

Bibliographic references represent current studies in mainstream medical journals, and a substantial guide to NIMH-supported research programs and professional and self-help organizations is included. Despite the emphasis on women, men who suffer from panic disorder will also find valuable advice here.

The Karl Lagerfeld Diet

Author: Karl Lagerfeld

"One fine morning I woke up and decided that I was no longer happy with my physique. Although I was overweight, I had gotten along fine and had no health problems. But I suddenly wanted to dress differently, to wear clothes designed by Hedi Slimane….But these fashions, modeled by very, very slim boysand not men of my agerequired me to lose at least eighty pounds....I did not think that it was possible to lose so much weight in one year....[But] in fact, it took me exactly thirteen months."Karl Lagerfeld

The Karl Lagerfeld Diet, developed exclusively for Karl Lagerfeld by Dr. JeanClaude Houdret, reveals the secret techniques of Lagerfeld's amazing weight loss regimen. By first addressing the mental and behavioral causes of varying degrees of obesity, this book provides valuable insights and useful tips for preparing the mind and developing the willpower necessary to commit to this diet. It then provides one hundred twenty gourmet recipes devised by Dr. Houdret, which cover breakfast, soups, starters and salads, eggs, seafood and fish, meat, pasta and pizza, vegetables, sauces, and desserts. Topping it off, Lagerfeld provides his personal tips for staying slim, attractive, and fit with additional chapters on skin care procedures, cosmetic treatments and surgery, general medical care, stress management, giving up tobacco, sleep, and exercise. Both an instructional guide and a motivational coach, The Karl Lagerfeld Diet is the ultimate accessory for healthy living.

Includes an illustrated dietary pullout chart, 30 photographs and illustrations.

"Karl Lagerfeld's case is spectacular as it shows how it is possible, through determination and willpower, to return to a harmonious balance even when excess weight is of a longstanding, deeply ingrained nature. I hope that many will be inspired by the example of the slimmeddown, elegant, and indefatigable Karl Lagerfeld to lose either the few pounds they feel should be sacrificed for their happiness or the several dozen pounds that are detrimental to their survival." Dr. JeanClaude Houdret

Karl Lagerfeld was born in Hamburg in 1939. He is a clothes designer, photographer, publisher, bookseller, and gallery owner. In 1996, he was awarded the "Prix culturel" by the German Photographic Society (Deutsche Gesellschaft fьr Photographie). Lagerfeld lives in Paris.

Dr. JeanClaude Houdret is a general practitioner specializing in nutrition, aesthetics, herbal medicine, and homeopathy. He teaches medicine at the University of Paris 13 and is the author of several books, he lives and works in Paris.

Publishers Weekly

Famed couturier Lagerfeld was determined to lose weight, not because he was obese or suffered from health problems, but because he wanted to wear clothes designed for younger, slimmer men. His vanity paid off: he lost 80 pounds in a year on the "Spoonlight program." The three phases of the Paris general practitioner Houdret's regime are not exactly groundbreaking-they involve limited calorie intake; no refined, fatty or fried foods; and an emphasis on lean proteins and fresh vegetables. The bulk of the book provides no-nonsense yet elegant (read: French) recipes for approved dishes, rated according to the diet's different phases. So far so good, yet some later sections seem incongruous, especially the ones where Lagerfeld and Houdret discuss face-lifts, and the chapter on exercise is rather strange ("If you really want to change the look of your breasts, you will need cosmetic surgery. To tone them, sprinkle them with cold water every morning and perform the following exercises"). The book is really a hybrid art book/diet manual, and its best chance for success stateside (it has sold nearly 200,000 copies worldwide) may lie in the former. For it appears certain aspects of this diet have been lost in translation. Photos. (May) Copyright 2005 Reed Business Information.

Library Journal

In 2000, fashion designer Lagerfeld decided to lose about 85 pounds and chose Parisian physician/nutritionist Houdret to oversee his diet. Lagerfeld reached his goal in 13 months. Houdret's Spoonlight Program concentrates on fish and fresh fruits and vegetables, prohibits red meat, and recommends nutritional supplements that may be difficult for U.S. readers to obtain. Houdret advises only moderate increases in daily physical activities, although Lagerfeld notes that he does light weight-lifting, walks on a treadmill, and dances to maintain muscle tone. A pullout dietary chart may be easily lost or stolen. This will be demanded by fashionistas longing to wear Lagerfeld's designs. Copyright 2005 Reed Business Information.
